What is BRANDED?

BRANDED is an edge play event for those who like the hardcore, more edgy aspects of the scene.

You may witness or may wish to take part in extreme needle play or heavy breath play sessions, for example, which cannot always be carried out at standard kink events, but at BRANDED they are positively encouraged!

Numbers are strictly limited to enable players the freedom to use the venue without waiting for rooms/equipment for long periods and to protect the exclusive vibe of the event.


So while we love our BDSM hardcore we want to extend this to your sexual perversity too.

This is the place for long, torturous sexual interrogation, medical inspection and tease and denial that goes on for hours... BRANDED limits its numbers to allow the kind of scenes that take time, planning and a whole fucked up headspace.

All the crazy fucked up shit, forced Bi that brings tears to your eyes, prostate milking, genital tease and denial with needles, free use, CNC… No aftercare blow jobs either, leave the vanilla sex at home, this one is strictly hardcore.

Photos of scenes are not permitted at Townhouse events, but at BRANDED, where the most extreme scenes take place, we’re offering the opportunity to immortalise the suffering and beauty of your scene there and then.

If you have a scene that meets the above criteria, you will be able to have a visual memory to keep!

All you need to do is contact Orange, Pearl, or the BRANDED Fet profile and discuss your scene with us. If agreed, one of us will take a photo on our phones, and send you the copy there and then and then delete the images in front of you to ensure your privacy and security. As per all other townhouse events, this does not mean you can have / use your phone out in the club… this process will be managed strictly to ensure everyone’s privacy and safety at all times.

This is a service not provided at ANY OTHER kink event at Townhouse!

What can we expect?

We will have a show scene in the lounge at 2.45pm  and there will likely be several open play scenes taking place for you to watch but you are welcome to go ahead and use the venue for your own play throughout the day. The event has been extended to finish at 8pm, however the last hour 7-8pm is strictly wind down / aftercare time only… no scenes to be taking place past 7pm.

Are there any limits?

As a play event with an emphasis on hardcore events there are few limits on play; the main limit is absolutely no scat play. We expect that everyone attending has communicated their planned play with their partners. This is an adult event and we expect that as adults, people will take responsibility for their behaviour.

Dress Code

Strictly SMART all dark clothing or fetish/alternative wear. You may change on arrival if you wish. Dominants are welcome to present their submissive with little or no clothing. We will not admit people who arrive in jeans or trainers.

Other important information

DOOR TIMES - This event has a short door time… the doors will be open from 2pm - 2.30pm so please ensure your prompt arrival to the club.

Alcohol will not be served until 5.30pm with last orders at 7.15pm. As this is a hardcore event, we want everyone to have their wits about them as we strongly believe that BDSM play and alcohol do not mix. We are opening the bar for this short time later on for those who would like a relaxing drink after their intended play. Hot and cold soft drinks will still be available from 2pm until 7.15pm and there are snacks available to purchase from the bar for those who may need a lift after a heavy play session.

The not so small print......
Names on Ticket - For safety, the name on your ticket MUST match the name on your ID. Please do not use ‘N/A’, a scene name or a pseudonym as this will invalidate your ticket. The only person who will see the name on your ticket is the staff member checking you in. Respect and privacy are important to us. We understand that the name on your ID may not be the name you use.

Times - Doors open at 2:00pm and the venue closes at 8:00pm. Established members may arrive up until 2:30pm, when the doors are locked.

Deposit -Everyone is required to pay a £10 bar tab deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be deducted from your final bar bill when you leave.

Membership - Membership is £10 per person, paid annually in cash. New couples and single ladies must join on their first visit, unless it is a one-off visit from outside the North West, in which case the visit will be logged. If you return in the future, you will be required to purchase membership. Single guys are not granted membership on their first visit. Please refer to our Membership page for more details.

Gender and Ticketing -Trans women should purchase a single female ticket, not a Gender Diverse ticket. Trans men should purchase a single male ticket. Gender Diverse tickets are only for those with a Gender Diverse membership. We define this as anyone who expresses their gender differently, but does not identify as Trans, (a previous name for this has been TGirl.) Non-binary guests are asked to contact: sarah@townhouseswingers.com to arrange membership.

Couples -We do not allow people to “couple up” just to attend an event together. Couples tickets are for genuine, established couples. Anyone found breaching this rule will have all future tickets cancelled (non-refundable) and their membership suspended. Couples can be of any gender, what matters is that you are in a committed relationship and attending as a genuine couple.

Single Guys - Single guys must attend alone. Groups or pairs of single guys will be refused entry.

ID - We prefer a driving licence for ID, but we also accept: A passport and a recent bill/official letter (electronic format is acceptable). If you do not hold a passport or driving licence, you may bring two official letters/utility bills/bank statements, dated within the last 3 months. Both members of a couple must provide ID if they are not current members.

Cancellations - If you can’t make it, please email us as soon as possible: info@townhouseswingers.com. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so only book if you're 100% certain you can attend. If you no-show without informing us before the event begins, you will receive a strike. See our website for details on the 3 strikes rule.

Parking - Please do not park in Booker’s car park or on Union Street. You may park in the Maritime car park across the road, next to the A41.
Note: Parking here is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any vehicles or property left in this car park, and it is not covered by our CCTV.

Card Payments - We do not accept American Express payments. We have a £5 minimum spend for all card payments.
