Ruby Slippers is a female-only swinging and kink play party, where you can connect and share some playful sapphic energy in a safe space. If you're brand new, curious and exploring, or a confident sapphic, you'll find an environment here that's open, respectful, and inclusive. There's no expectation or guarantee of play: plenty of guests come simply to relax, socialise, and enjoy a sapphic space away from the male gaze. We love women of all shapes, sizes and presentations: femme, butch, masc, androgynous; however you show up, you belong at Ruby.

We have icebreakers, socialising and plenty of space to play and get up to mischief. As is tradition, we'll be playing spin the bottle around 9:30pm in the lounge to get the sapphic fun started! Our Ruby Coven will be set up in the Elevation Room for tarot, runes, and a bit of divination if that's your thing. Ruby Slippers group chat will open up before the event, where you can make friends and plans, so keep an eye on your inbox after booking for your invite link.

Who's Welcome

Ruby Slippers is a space for women (cis and trans) and non-binary or genderqueer folk to explore their sapphic sexuality: bi, queer, or lesbian play, including oral, strap-ons, toys, and sapphic kink. If that's you, wherever you are on the rainbow, come on down the yellow brick
road and join the party.

No men, no exceptions. Guests found misrepresenting their gender to gain entry may be permanently barred from Townhouse events.

On Arrival

Doors open at 8pm, arrive early so you don’t miss out on the fun! First-time Ruby goers must arrive by 9.30pm. Last entry for Townhouse members is 10.30pm. Please remember your photo ID and £10 cash for your locker deposit.

After check-in, you can grab a coloured wristband if you want to let others know what you’re
looking for.

⚫ Black: Kink. Open to kink play with others.
🟢 Green: Swinging. Open to swing play with others.
🔴 Red: Newbie. Let others know it’s your first time, so that they can give you a warm welcome to the Ruby Slippers family!

Bands can be swapped or removed at any point in the night to suit your mood. Consent should always be asked first; the bands just help start the conversation.

Play Spaces

We have four floors of play spaces for both kink and swing: whatever your mood, we have the
perfect space for play. If you're ready to explore and start some fun, here's where to find it:

● The Wheel Room and Medical Room: fully equipped play rooms for light kink play.
● The Elevation Room: cast a love spell with our Ruby Coven, or explore rope bondage in this space.
● The Dungeon: have you been a really, really bad girl? Feeling brave? Step down into the Dungeon and explore the darker side of kink play.
● Group Play Rooms: explore the toys on the top floor, start an orgy in the Moroccan room, or cosy up with a playmate in the Bunks. Our group rooms are open for sapphic swing.
● Private rooms: if you’re feeling shy or just want to keep her all to yourself, we have private rooms available for kink or swing play.

To keep the play spaces feeling safe for everyone, we have a few simple rules. Firstly, we ask that all guests respect the play spaces described above and don’t mix up the kink and swing play spaces. Secondly, for our guests with penises, oral or penetrative play directly involving one should happen in a private room only. Lastly, for guest safety and comfort, we ask that genitals are covered in corridors and social areas, including the ground floor.

The Toy Room

Head up to the top floor for our toy room, fully stocked for the night. With a Sybian for anyone who fancies a ride, a selection of dildos and strap-ons in different shapes and sizes, and some other deviant delights. All toys are yours to enjoy responsibly; please treat them (and each other) with care.

We've set up a dedicated safe sex station stocked with lube, gloves, dental dams, and flavoured condoms, because safer sex should be accessible for all.

Dress Code

Dress code is dress to impress, fetish wear, or dress down lingerie. Dress down whenever you feel comfortable. After 10.30pm dress down or fetish wear will be required to go to the playrooms where you can expect plenty of swinging, spanking and smooching (with consent, of
course!).

The not so small print......
Names on Ticket - For safety, the name on your ticket MUST match the name on your ID. Please do not use ‘N/A’, a scene name or a pseudonym as this will invalidate your ticket. The only person who will see the name on your ticket is the staff member checking you in. Respect and privacy are important to us. We understand that the name on your ID may not be the name you use.

Times - Doors open at 8:00pm and the venue closes at 2:00am. First-time guests must arrive by 9:30pm. Established members may arrive up until 10:30pm, when the doors are locked.

Deposit -Everyone is required to pay a £10 bar tab deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be deducted from your final bar bill when you leave.

Membership - Membership is £10 per person, paid annually in cash. New couples and single ladies must join on their first visit, unless it is a one-off visit from outside the North West, in which case the visit will be logged. If you return in the future, you will be required to purchase membership. Single guys are not granted membership on their first visit. Please refer to our Membership page for more details.

Gender and Ticketing -Trans women should purchase a single female ticket, not a Gender Diverse ticket. Trans men should purchase a single male ticket. Gender Diverse tickets are only for those with a Gender Diverse membership. We define this as anyone who expresses their gender differently, but does not identify as Trans, (a previous name for this has been TGirl.) Non-binary guests are asked to contact: sarah@townhouseswingers.com to arrange membership.

Couples -We do not allow people to “couple up” just to attend an event together. Couples tickets are for genuine, established couples. Anyone found breaching this rule will have all future tickets cancelled (non-refundable) and their membership suspended. Couples can be of any gender, what matters is that you are in a committed relationship and attending as a genuine couple.

Single Guys - Single guys must attend alone. Groups or pairs of single guys will be refused entry.

ID - We prefer a driving licence for ID, but we also accept: A passport and a recent bill/official letter (electronic format is acceptable). If you do not hold a passport or driving licence, you may bring two official letters/utility bills/bank statements, dated within the last 3 months. Both members of a couple must provide ID if they are not current members.

Cancellations - If you can’t make it, please email us as soon as possible: info@townhouseswingers.com. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so only book if you're 100% certain you can attend. If you no-show without informing us before the event begins, you will receive a strike. See our website for details on the 3 strikes rule.

Parking - Please do not park in Booker’s car park or on Union Street. You may park in the Maritime car park across the road, next to the A41.
Note: Parking here is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any vehicles or property left in this car park, and it is not covered by our CCTV.

Card Payments - We do not accept American Express payments. We have a £5 minimum spend for all card payments.
