Axon Orkestra has created a uniquely intimate experience for our community, featuring world music, rarely heard instruments, and personal anecdotes rooted in their musical journeys and adventures from around the world!

When acclaimed Axon Orkestra member Miles Jay brought some of his unique world instruments (along with his exceptional musicianship) to a Kiawah Arts Council collaborative performance last year, audience members were intrigued and asked for more!

In response, Miles Jay has curated a set of repertoire specifically for this special evening for our community!

Axon Orkestra’s music transports you to urban centers and villages — from Europe to Africa and the Middle East — with regional musical instruments bringing rich sounds, stories, and cultural influences to life on stage.

Based in Los Angeles, Axon Orkestra has regular international engagements and tours, including a 20 show tour through Italy, Spain, and France.
