GRAMMY® Award-winning musician/producer and world-renowned drummer Quentin E. Baxter presents a two-concert series on Kiawah Island, SC. Each 75-minute concert is $30 for general admission and starts at 4 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase beginning November 01, 2025, at www.kiawahisland.gov/events

The second concert of the series will feature Quentin Baxter’s African Marketplace-Celebrating Abdullah Ibrahim. The Quentin Baxter Quintet will celebrate the influence of renowned South African pianist, Abdullah Ibrahim, through new arrangements and compositions that honor his legacy.

Baxter is joined by Matt White on trumpet/flugelhorn, Mark Sterbank on tenor saxophone, Demetrius Doctor on piano, and Rodney Jordan on bass.
