With reserving your ticket you will make the down payment for your accommodation and food + a basic fee of 100 € for the event, which is non-refundable*.

The additional price of the event (minus the basic fee) will be paid on arrival in cash.

All named prices are per person for the chosen accommodation type and include 3 lush vegetarian meals + midnight snack.

Dormitory (spacious rooms with big windows and good views; 8-10 people) 310 €

Shared Room (smaller rooms with only 4 people) 350 €

Vacation Flat I (luxury small size flat with double bed, private bathroom and kitchenette; bundle booking for 2 people) 450 €

Vacation Flat II (luxury medium size flat with double bed, private bathroom and kitchenette; bundle booking for 2 people) 480 €

Vacation Flat III (luxury big size flat with double bed, sleeping couch, private bathroom and kitchenette; bundle booking for 4 people) 420 €

Event price

For the event itself we offer a sliding scale of 550 - 245 € to allow people with a variety of financial realities to join the event. However this only works if those with more prosperity are willing to give a little more to support those with less possibilities. In addition to that there is also the possibility to apply as a helper and receive a discounted work-exchange ticket or to apply as a scholar for people who are disadvantaged by theirs circumstances. You will make a downpayment of 100 € event fee when making your reservation and pay the remaining amount in cash on arrival.

*If you find out you cannot attend after already making your reservation, you can self-responsibly find another person and sign over your ticket for an extra fee of 50 €.
