With reserving your ticket you pay for your accommodation and food + down payment of €100,- for the event, which is non-refundable.**

The additional price of the event (minus the down payment) will be paid on arrival in cash.

Accommodation Options - Regular Bird prices 

All named prices are per person for the chosen accommodation type and include lush vegetarian meals + midnight snack.

Own Van/Car (assigned parking area; limited spaces) €420,-

Dormitory (spacious rooms with big windows and good views; 8-10 people) €380,- 

Shared Room (smaller rooms with only 4 people) €420,-

Event price

For the event itself we offer a sliding scale of €350 - 560,-  to allow people with a variety of financial realities to join. This only works if those with more prosperity are willing to give a little more to support those with less possibilities. In addition to that there is also the possibility to apply as a helper and receive a discounted work-exchange ticket or to apply as a scholar for people who are disadvantaged by their circumstances. Financially stable: €430,-

Financially abundant: €560,-

Financially coping: €350,-

Scholarship for financially strained - limited; only after application through our form: €250,- 

Helpers & volunteer musicians - limited; only after application through our form: €100,- 

For the event itself, you will make a down payment of €100,- when finishing this reservation. The remaining amount will be paid in cash on arrival.


*Your application will be manually reviewed by our team to ensure a balanced population at the event – in terms of ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender and age. If we have more questions / cannot accept your application, you will hear back from us within a week.

**If you find out you cannot attend after already making your reservation, you can self-responsibly find another person and sign over your ticket for an extra fee of €50,- Ticket swaps will only be accepted if you have previously informed us and taken the obligatory administration steps. https://touchandplay.org/refund/

Limited time to buy Tickets 

When you click the Buy Tickets button you will be asked to fill out a form. You have 15 minutes to do so, after that time runs out and you have to start all over again. This is annoying, but we can't change the settings in Ticket Tailor.

To speed up the process, you can already read the documents below before clicking the Buy Ticket button. You will be asked if you read, have understood and agree with them. The links will also be shared in the Welcome Email.
