Our support sessions are here to offer you a gentle landing and a steady launch—whether you’re preparing for your next adventure or weaving your recent experience into daily life

Retreats can spark profound transformation.

At Touch&Play, we understand that the journey doesn’t begin and end with the retreat itself.  Arriving with clear intentions helps you open to what’s possible; leaving with time and space to process allows the learning to take root. These sessions are designed to hold you through both—providing guidance, reflection, and a sense of belonging before, during, and after your Touch&Play experience.

As fellow participants, teachers, and organizers—always learning alongside you—we know the challenges, surprises, and joys that come with this work. We’re here to walk with you, to witness your journey, and to offer support shaped by our own ongoing exploration within the Touch&Play community.
