Economic contribution

When register you can choose between different ticket types. We aim to both keep our prices accessible, while holding financial sustainability. Please help us meet this balance by paying, with intuition and integrity, the highest price point you are able to afford. People with more financial stability help others with financial needs to join the retreat.

Ticket options

Sliding scale ticket tiers- Being transparent about our financial situation isn’t always easy. We ask you to please assess your current financial situation including your individual financial access and any monetary support you do/are able to receive from partners, family members and inheritances. 

Subsidised ticket: unable to work/unemployed or underemployed, difficulty to afford and access basic needs, no partner/family financial support, no disposable income and no savings.
Strained ticket: working class, underemployed, challenging to afford and access basic needs, very little expendable income or very limited/no partner or family financial support.

Standard ticket: working full time, work feels stable, rent or own home consistently, generally able to afford and access needs, have expendable income, or easeful access to partner and/or family financial support.

*Abundant ticket: secure job and financial income, own a home or property, easily able to access and afford needs, able to invest in savings and retirement or plentiful expendable income/go on vacation.

*Overflow ticket: does not need to work/ working out of pleasure rather than necessity, own property/ multiple properties, access to generational wealth/family inheritance

*Folx paying in the ‘Financially Abundant’ and ‘Overflow’ categories are supporting economically by access to those in the ‘Strained’ and ‘Supported’ financial categories!

Discount codes can not be combined or can not be applied to supported tickets.


HELPERS POSITION:  There are spots available to come as part of the Helpers assistant team, as a way to support the T&P from within and/or need a financial assistance.  Apply here.

SUPPORTED TICKETS AND INCLUSIVITY SCHOLARSHIP: 
We have a limited number of Lower-cost tickets available for people with economic needs.
We also have  lower-cost Equity and Access tickets available. We prioritize participants who hold marginalized identities (e.g. BIPOC, dis-abled, queer) for these tickets. Apply here.

DONATION TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISER: When register consider contributing to our Inclusivity Scholarship Fundraiser.  There will be a place to make a donation at checkout. This will support welcoming people with economic needs and marginalized identities who are unable to attend this event otherwise. Thank you.

Arrive on time: The gathering is a 6 day event. Unlike a festival this is not something you can drop into as and when. Please when booking make sure you can arrive on time at the beginning of the event. You are expected to stay until the end. In case you need/want to leave earlier, we ask that you have a check in with the organisers. We ask to respect the container we are creating for the well-being of all. Thank you

Is this event for me? Even though Touch&Play is about "Exploring the Relational Body" in its widest sense: emotionally, societally, spiritually – touch is a central part of it. Expect joining an intimate body event. It is suitable for those who have the ability to self regulate their emotions and are comfortable with and have some understanding of sexy environments. At the same time, while diverse expressions are welcome, this is not an event cantered on sex. This is not a swingers event and If what you’re looking for sex with no strings attached this is likely not your place. If you are dealing with significant levels of trauma (specifically sexual or relational) or PTSD this may not be the event for you.

Schedule subject to change & Rights of admission: Touch&Play organisers reserve the right to change or make adjustments to the teaching team or schedule if necessary at any given time and at short notice. Additionally, the organization reserves the right of admission for potential. This policy helps maintain safer and inclusive space for all participants. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Refund policy and rest of Terms and Conditions  Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and reduced tickets unless otherwise agreed upon.
