Trail Attack - Saturday Fall 2026

Trail Attack is an eight-week program that meets once a week for two hours. Athletes join their coaches at local city parks for running games, skill-building, and team challenges. Each session includes time working on running mechanics and coordination along with time spent running and exploring the parks while working together to complete daily challenges.

Trail Attack (Saturday) will meet at Weaselhead Natural Parking Area in Weaselhead Flats every Saturday for eight weeks, from September 05th to October 24th, 2026, from 10:00 AM - Noon.
