Pop-up Sauna in the Sculpture Garden at Tracton Music & Arts Festival! Escape the stresses of modern life with Myhaven Mobile – a tranquil wellness experience set in the heart of the Sculpture Garden at Tracton Arts & Community Centre, Minane Bridge.

Session Duration: 45 minutes
Capacity: Max. 6 people per session
Prices:
Regular or Silent Sauna – €15 per person
SaunaGus (Story, Scent & Steam) – €25 per person

Please bring a swimsuit and towel.

At Myhaven Mobile, we combine the healing power of sauna therapy with the invigorating benefits of cold plunges. This holistic practice stimulates your body’s natural recovery processes and leaves you feeling refreshed and energised.

During the festival, we offer a mix of Regular, Silent, and SaunaGus sessions.
SaunaGus, also known as Aufguss, is a deeply sensory sauna ritual involving the infusion of essential oils onto hot stones. Our "gusmaster" Colin enhances the experience with rhythmical towel movements and immersive storytelling, circulating aromatic steam and creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.

Spontaneous drop-ins are welcome via the festival box office, but availability cannot be guaranteed without pre-booking.
