Gort na Nain is a 9-acre vegetable farm founded by Ultan Walsh and Lucy Stewart. Since March 2025, Vincent and Anna have taken on the main responsibility for running the farm, while Lucy and Ultan continue to grow the asparagus and artichoke crops.

Gort na Nain grows high-quality vegetables for the restaurant trade, with a particular focus on unique varieties not commonly associated with Ireland. Each year, they cultivate over 2 acres of outdoor crops—from artichokes to courgettes—while the polytunnels enable them to grow aubergines, peppers, and tomatoes in summer, and oriental greens through the winter months.

All of their produce is fresh, local, and grown without chemicals.

Directions: From Nohoval village, go west towards Ballinaclashet. After the graveyard, take the next righthand turn. Go up the hill and we’re the third house on the right.

Please note, tickets cannot be refunded after purchase, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, in which case we will contact you to arrange a refund.
