NO MYSTERY BAGS OR BOXES OR 3D ITEMS PLEASE UNLESS PRE-AUTHORISED THE DATE YOU ACTUALLY BOOK ON 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY IS IN THE QUESTIONS TO BE APPROVED WHEN YOU CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

All spaces are 2.25-2.5m deep at this venue UNLESS a craft pitch or artist pitch as they are 2m deep.

If have booked backers for a trader pitch only this is adequate space.

Please make sure you book tables you need on the order form and each stand we will provide 1 chair for so bring any others you need so that we can include the chairs.

If all traders can ensure they improve the table covers so that they reach the floor to improve the appearance of their stands or if in the case you display below please create a visual improvement so that no boxes are seen, no items trip hazards and ends of stands if have a corner are also secure to avoid theft from stands.

Please read and answer questions as vital for us when planning positions and assisting you if for example you have any requests.

Requests can be things like space for a wheel chair or needing to unload heavier items so closer to unloading points.

NO COUNTERFEIT GOODS/UNLICENCED STOCK AS WE DO REMOVE IT

Breakdowns must be done within 2 hours of the event finishing as no exceptions to avoid us getting surcharges.

Trader parking, set up times and all information will be sent by email 7-10 days before the event and posted in the traders group with all the info you need for an easier set up and breakdown.

Please do also look and follow each event link on Facebook so can see information of what is at the events so can then interact with visitors as does encourage more sales if friendly chat about the props or their cosplay etc as we only want you to do amazingly well!
