UKCGF BODMIN CORNWALL
Welcome Traders, Artists & Crafters
Thank you for your interest in the UK Comic and Gaming Festival (UKCGF). Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Booking Information & Priority
· This booking link is exclusive to pre-approved applicants. Please do not book unless you have received confirmation from our team, as unauthorised bookings will be cancelled.
· Regular traders are given priority booking. We recommend booking early to secure your space, especially for the 2026 Exeter event which is growing in size.
· Please note: All wall spaces are now sold out. Due to high demand, corner pitches are available at a premium.
Pitch Details & Requirements
· Standard trader pitches are 2.25m - 2.5m deep.
· Artist and Crafter pitches are 2m deep.
· If you have booked backers for your display, a standard trader pitch provides adequate space.
· Each stand includes one chair. Please book any additional tables and chairs you require on the order form.
Stand Presentation & Safety
To maintain a high-quality event experience for all, we ask that you please:
· Use table covers that reach the floor to create a neat appearance.
· Ensure your display is visually appealing, with no storage boxes visible to the public.
· Eliminate any trip hazards and secure the ends of your stand, especially on corners, to prevent theft.
Stock & Items Policy
· The sale of mystery bags/boxes and 3D printed items is not permitted unless pre-authorised by the UKCGF team.
· Strictly no counterfeit goods or unlicensed stock. Any such items will be removed from the event.
Your Requests & Our Planning
The booking form includes questions to help us plan the event layout. Please answer these thoroughly, as your responses help us accommodate requests such as:
· Needing wheelchair accessible space.
· Requiring proximity to loading points for heavier items.
Event Day Information
· Full details, including set-up times, breakdown procedures, and trader parking, will be emailed to you 7-10 days before the event and posted in the private traders' group.
Breakdown Policy
· All stalls must be broken down and removed from the hall within 2 hours of the event closing. This is strict, as delays result in surcharges for us.
Engage with the Community
· We encourage you to follow the specific event page on Facebook. Engaging with attendees, discussing their cosplay, and promoting the event helps create a fantastic atmosphere and can lead to more sales for everyone!
