Trail Outlaws present Saint Cuthbert's Way Ultra 100k - The Race
Against the Tide!
Following in the footsteps of Saint Cuthbert himself along the original pilgrimage route.
The race starts at the historic town of Melrose in the Scottish Borders and finishes on stunning Holy Island in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Northumberland coast.
You get 19.5 hours to complete the event with a 6 hour window to cross the causeway to Holy Island or risk being withdrawn from the race with a mere 2 miles to go. Will you beat the tide, only time will tell.
The route follows a fully way marked long distance path heading from West to East crossing large sections of the beautiful Scottish Borders region and the Northumberland National Park.
The race
qualifies for 3 UTMB stones. All runners are given a GPS
tracker,
which is great for friends and family tracking you from home or
on route. Entry also includes free coach transfer from Wooler
to Melrose. There is also a free shuttle service from
the race finish at Holy Island to Wooler.
If your entry includes optional cancellation cover, you will be able to claim a refund of the entry fee, minus cover charge up to 24 hours before event.
No refunds will be offered if you do not take the cover. You are able to transfer your place to another runner in the same event, up to 3 weeks before the event.
If you can not make the event then any merchandise you have ordered will be posted out to you and so it not covered by cancellation cover or transfers.
