This class will help you set up a Kanban system that helps your organization continuously inspect and adapt the value delivery process. You will gain greater visibility into what team(s) across the organization are working on and what is in the way of getting value delivered.

To ensure a solid level of participation and shared learning, this course is subject to rescheduling based on minimum attendance. The instructor will notify the student at least five (5) days prior to class in the event of a rescheduling or cancelation. My name is Jim Sparks. I am a professional scrum master and Kanban addict. My sole focus is teaching teams how to optimize their flow of value by becoming more effective, efficient, and predictable. Beyond that, I love helping leaders change the way they lead to build a more positive and creative world. I enable teams to seek and embrace continuous improvement in order to create happier customers.

I’m genuine and passionate and that shows through in my training and coaching. I’ve worked in organizations ranging from 100 folks to over 55,000 globally. I teach delivery teams how to identify and solve problems in order to thrive in environments that are not set up for their success. I am geeked out by supporting individuals as they become the best version of themselves.
