Description
Transform Scotland are coming north!
We would like to invite you to attend our 'Zero-Carbon Public Transport Summit'. The event will be held in-person at Inverness at the Spectrum Centre on Monday 26 June from 1.30-4.30pm.
We are excited to announce that Jenny Milne, Founder of Scottish Rural & Islands Transport Community, will be chairing the opening summit.
We have secured a small panel of local cross-party MSPs, MPs and councillors to contribute their thoughts on 'zero-carbon public transport’ after witnessing the opening speeches.
We will have discussion roundtables on rail, ferry and bus and there will be lots of time for Q&A. Our current line-up of roundtable speakers include:
Alexander Dennis, Stagecoach, Moray Council (M.Connect), Scotrail, Network Rail, HITRANS, EMEC (European Marine Energy Centre, Orkney) and CMAL (Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd).
Our audience will be Transform's member organisations (from the public, private and third sectors) as well as an invited audience of relevant local organisations.
We look forward to seeing you there to add your voice to the debate!
