Somatic Community Grief Circle
Multiple dates and times
Online, Zoom
Description
Welcome
- As we individually and collectively navigate the return of global fascism, we all hold so much & so many types of grief. This grief must be honored, not ignored, for us to show up in our daily lives in alignment with who we know ourselves to be in our core.
- Grief is always processed through the subtle bodies, which we can access through the physical body, breath, creativity, and connection with peers.
- We can process this complex grief in community in ways that bring us back into our own sustainable & creative capacity for care. Only when we grieve together, are we able to thrive together.
