Registration

You can choose to attend the Provincial Election Transportation Debate in one of two ways:

  1. “in-person” at Innis Town Hall (200 seat capacity capped at 125 delegates); or,
  2. “online” via Vimeo. Sorry! Online tickets are not available after May 24.
  • Once your choice is made, you cannot change it and refunds will not be issued.

Fees (for both “online” and “in-person” tickets):

  • Early Bird Rate (until May 20): $20.00
  • Late Rate (after May 20): $35.00 
  • Sorry! Online tickets are not available after May 24.
  • We have special rates for low-income, unemployed and retired individuals. Contact us for details!
  • A $2.50 charge is added to offset 3rd party ticket and credit card fees.
  • You can make an optional donation to support Transport Futures as we recover from COVID lockdowns. Thanks! 
  • 13% HST is calculated based on each registration fee (not applied to donations).

Important information:

  1. Sharing: Your registration CANNOT be shared with one or more individuals. But it can be transferred to another individual if you cannot attend. Please inform us by noon on May 23 if this is the case.

  2. Refunds: Due to the short timelines until the debate takes place, refunds cannot be provided. (As noted above, once your attendance choice is made, you cannot change it).

  3. Statement and Chargebacks: Charges on your credit card statement will be listed under "Healthy Transport Consulting" or "PayPal".  Please contact us before phoning your credit card company requesting chargebacks or an additional $30 fee will be applied. 

  4. For “online” delegates: A confidential link and password will be emailed to you before the debate takes place.

  5. For “in-person” delegates:
  • Healthy Transport Consulting/Transport Futures and Innis Town Hall is not responsible for stolen items, personal injury, illness or loss of life related to a delegate attending the Provincial Election Transportation Debate. Please do not attend the debate “in-person” if you have COVID symptoms, have travelled internationally after May 11 or otherwise feel unwell.
  • The registration process asks a few screening questions about COVID and these may be repeated when you arrive at Innis Town Hall.
  • Masks must be worn inside Innis Town Hall wherever a distance of 6 feet cannot be achieved.
  • Political campaign promotional materials are not allowed inside Innis Town Hall.
  • Only water bottles are allowed inside Innis Town Hall.
