Vocal production workshop in Ableton

Vocal production might just be the hardest element to work with: from recording to editing and mixing. But there are many creative techniques you can also use in your tracks.  And we are here to help you make your vocals stand out!

​We are MIN t and Jekka, and we're Transpose Berlin - a space for learning music and artist development. We'll show you, step by step, in a relaxed atmosphere and a professional studio how to work with vocals in your productions. In this workshop you will learn:

• ​How to record your vocals even with your phone and make them sound professional
• ​How to edit and EQ vocals
• ​How to use vocal samples and turn them into instruments
• ​Creative vocal production techniques
• ​Creating harmonies and vocal melodies

​This workshop is for intermediate producers, you will need knowledge of Ableton live (how to work with audio and midi, return tracks, effect/instrument racks etc). Bring your laptop and headphones.
