Astrological Sound Bath – In-Person Event

Nicole Bettencourt Coelho holds a ritualised evening of sound and movement magic to tune into the current astrology. 

A night of hypnotic tones and meditation dedicated to the movement of the planets and their interaction with astrological signs. Held in person at Treadwell's, the night opens with a reflection on the current astrological signature, followed by a visualisation enhanced by incense to create a dream-like state. Nicole then leads a sound meditation of gongs, crystal bowls and shakers. Finally, each participant embodies the astrological and planetary archetypes through a sequence of gestures, creating a 'movement talisman' to fully integrate the experience.

Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket as you will be lying down for up to 40 minutes. You can also bring a notebook to write about your experience. Please note that latecomers will not be allowed into the ritual room after 7:10pm.
