Astrological Sound Bath – In-Person Event

Nicole Bettencourt Coelho holds a ritualised evening of sound and movement magic, to tune into the astrology of the moment.

An evening of hypnotic tones and meditation dedicated to the movement of the planets and their interaction with astrological signs. Held in person at Treadwell's, the night opens with a reflection on the current astrological signature, followed by a visualisation enhanced by incense to create a dream-like state. Nicole then leads a sound meditation of gongs, crystal bowls and shakers. Finally, each participant embodies the astrological and planetary archetypes through a sequence of gestures, creating a 'movement talisman' to fully integrate the experience.

Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket as you will be lying down for up to 40 minutes. You can also bring a notebook to write about your experience. Please note that latecomers will not be allowed into the ritual room after 7:10pm.
