Practical Image and Statue Magic – In-Person Workshop
Jules McArthur introduces the ancient art of crafting magical spiritual servants.
In this in-person workshop, Jules McArthur explores the crafting of statues and magical images for practical purposes, which first developed in Pharaonic Egypt before taking on new shape in the Greek Magical Papyri. In the second half of the workshop, students create their own magical image of the god Hermes/Thoth, which they then consecrate in a guided ritual.
Jules McArthur (they/them) has devoted their life to the study and practice of ancient magic.
