Ritual Writing for Groups – Online Workshop

Bernadette Russell teaches the art of writing group rituals attuned to nature.

In this online workshop, Bernadette introduces ritual writing for creative and magical practitioners who work, or would like to work, with a group. Bernadette teaches the setting of sacred space and how to draw on the spirit of place and daily, monthly, and seasonal tides. Attendees leave with the start of a ritual draft of their own, ready to finesse with their group. 

Bernadette Russell is an author and professional storyteller who has studied myth and folklore with Dr Martin Shaw, Sharon Blackie and Jonathan Huet. She is storyteller-in-residence at Lesnes Abbey Woods, where she hosts Rough Magic, a regular seasonal storytelling event. Her work includes performances and writing for organisations such as the Royal Albert Hall, Tate Britain, the Natural History Museum, the National Theatre and the Southbank Centre – though she is most often found telling stories around a fire in the woods.
