Summer Solstice Gathering

We've (almost) made it to the pinnacle of light, hang off the branches and whoop from the hills, stay up til dawn, step into your fullness. Come as you are, even if that's weary from the world, to recharge in a wild, magical place, with fire and friends, and food and merrymaking. We'd love to see you.

Bring a picnic to share or eat the entire thing yourself, there'll be the usual seasonal crafts, music, fire, play and a story to send us on our way.

Your hosts will be Roxanne, Lydia and Lucy with a band of helpers, forest school leaders, heritage guides, musicians, gardeners, health professionals, storytellers and makers.

About Wrongs Covert

Nestled in the reed beds and ancient wet woodland cradling the Wensum, 12 miles NW of Norwich, is a beautiful and magical place. As a large proportion of the wet woodland left in Norfolk, Wrongs is home to rare species, otters, badger, the river Wensum, a glacial stream, Saxon road, Neolithic flint site and hand built structures of wood sourced on site. Your ticket price goes towards maintaining this beautiful and important ecosystem. Access to the site is always by invitation only or through these special events. 

You'll be given full directions and info on what to wear and bring on booking.

Terms & Conditions

Tickets are refundable up 2 weeks before the event, after that we offer transfer of tickets to other seasonal events. If the weather looks like electric storms, high winds or snow we'll cancel and refund tickets, but we have spaces to gather in cold or wet conditions. Come wrapped up in the layers the season calls for.

Please remember that, in alignment with the gathering intention of this event, you are very welcome to invite friends, neighbours, aunts and grandparents to join your group ticket. There are a selection of concession tickets for those who would otherwise not be able to access the event, we trust you'll use these if you need them.
