SIX the Musical
Teen Edition is a full-length adaptation of the international smash hit created by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, specially adapted for performance by young performers.
In this electrifying 75-minute musical concert, the six wives of Henry VIII step out of the history books and onto the stage as pop stars, telling their stories in their own words. From Catherine of Aragon to Catherine Parr, the queens remix 500 years of historical heartbreak into a vibrant celebration of empowerment, individuality and modern girl power.
This production is performed by the talented students of Tresham Academy of Musical Theatre as part of their Final Major Project (FMP). Joining them on stage are students from the Tresham Music Department, performing as the live band, making them an integral part of the show’s high-energy concert atmosphere.
Blending Tudor history with the energy of a pop concert, SIX transforms the famous rhyme “Divorced, Beheaded, Died, Divorced, Beheaded, Survived” into a bold, uplifting and empowering theatrical experience.

Production Arts Fashion Show and Awards Night

This event will be a chance for our Production Arts students to showcase their hard work towards their Final Major Project looks. Students will walk the run way, showing off the characters that they have created to fit the theme of 'Gods of Monsters.' Students will also show off their work through presentations, to display the process of creating their looks.
The night will be accompanied by live music and we will end the event with certificates of completion for year two as well as some other fun awards.
