Yet French wine labels can be bewildering—sometimes it’s easier to grab a Chardonnay with a cute animal on the label. That’s where our Tour de France comes in: a guided journey through the nation’s legendary wine regions, designed to demystify French wine and give you the confidence to explore with ease. The Farmhouse at Spring Mill Café

Spring Mill Café is the beloved local restaurant that has been figuratively transporting guests to the Loire since 1978. Our Spring Mill classes take place in their rustic farmhouse. For the complete experience, we suggest making dinner reservations for after the class. Bottles from the tasting will be available for purchase to enjoy with dinner.
