Instructors: Chef Edward Strojan and Tria Wine Director Lauren Harris
Transport yourself to the rolling hills of Tuscany for an evening of hands-on cooking, delicious wine, and warm Italian hospitality. Join Chef Edward Strojan and Tria Wine Director Lauren Harris on Thursday, November 5 for a guided culinary journey through the heart of Tuscany: three courses of regional dishes and five perfectly paired wines.
You'll start with schiacciata all'uva, the rustic roasted grape focaccia that signals harvest season in the Tuscan countryside. Then roll up your sleeves and make your own Tuscan tortelli, pillowy pasta filled with potato and dressed in two classic sauces that celebrate simple, honest cooking. To finish: roasted caramel apple tiramisu with cantucci, Tuscany's beloved almond biscotti.
Each course comes with expressive Tuscan wines, from bright, food-loving whites to elegant Sangiovese-based reds, bringing la dolce vita to life right here at home.
Come ready to cook, sip, and savor your way through Tuscany.
Tickets are $120 per guest.
Three-course dinner with five wine pairings.
Join us for Happier Hour at Tria Rittenhouse until 6pm.
Bottles will be available to purchase after the class.
