Please note:

We require you to answer questions typically found on Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaires (PAR-Q) forms to make us aware of potential risk factors. The answers inform us of medical information, conditions and/or history that could help us to prevent possible incidents and/or provide better treatment if intervention is needed. We ask you to answer questions truthfully and to inform us of any additional information we should be aware of. If the information you provide changes, we ask that you make us aware so that our information is up to date.

If you are choosing to park in our parking facility, you'll be required to display a car park pass on your dashboard. These are free of charge and to be acquired at reception.

If you are purchasing a membership that includes the gym, you'll undergo an induction with a member of staff to ensure you're informed of machines and mechanisms. We will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time. Staff are not responsible for incidents or injuries sustained whether supervised or inducted.

The Management Team will then produce your membership ID to provide to you at Reception on your first visit. Members are currently required to sign in and out at reception upon entry and exit of the building.

Memberships available for purchase:

 (All memberships are paid for in one payment. Other methods such as direct debit payments are not available).

Swim Only Memberships:

You'll have unlimited access to our swimming pool during our public swimming sessions and family/fun swim sessions at no extra cost. Once you've purchased your membership, please see a member of staff in reception who will provide you with your membership ID. You must sign into the membership book at Reception when you arrive, then continue for your swim. Please ensure you provide any medical information we may need to be aware of. This will not be shared, but could provide information which helps us to better treat any injury/illness you face during your visit with us.

Gym Only Memberships:

Once you've purchased your membership, please see a member of staff in reception who will provide you with your membership ID. Please ensure you provide any medical information we may need to be aware of. This will not be shared, but could provide information which helps us to better treat any injury/illness you face during your visit with us. Swim and Gym Memberships:

Bedford College/BCS Staff membership:

The gym is open at for the entirety of our opening hours. Please see www.trinityleisure.co.uk for the building opening hours. You'll also have unlimited access to our swimming pool during our public swimming sessions and family/fun swim sessions (at no extra cost). Once you've purchased your membership, please see a member of staff in reception who will provide you with your membership ID (Please bring your staff ID as proof of employment to show a member of staff when collecting your membership ID). Please ensure you provide any medical information we may need to be aware of. This will not be shared, but could provide information which helps us to better treat any injury/illness you face during your visit with us.

Fitness Class Membership:

You'll be able to attend any/all fitness classes run by Trinity Arts & Leisure at no extra cost. We encourage you to book your space in the classes on TicketTailor to ensure the class goes ahead as classes may be cancelled if there are no confirmed attendees booked in. Once you've purchased your membership, please see a member of staff in reception who will provide you with your membership ID. Please ensure you provide any medical information we may need to be aware of. This will not be shared, but could provide information which helps us to better treat any injury/illness you face during your visit with us.
