Dreadnought

Tropic Pictures presents Dreadnought on November 10th at the Texas Theatre. All ticket sales will benefit the Friends of the Dallas Public Library.

Pontain Dreadnought has a gift for spiritual language, but only when hidden behind a curtain. He erects a red curtain in town squares and fairgrounds as he travels the circuit. One night, a larger, more enterprising folk preacher forces Dreadnought off his usual path, sending him into a long dark night of the soul. The story is inspired by Nathaniel Hawthorne, Washington Irving, and Edgar Allan Poe.

This is a local production shot entirely in North Texas, starring North Texas-based theatre actors.
