Welcome to  Full Out Fest ! Experience the full out energy when talented dancers, musicians, artisans, innovators, and activists come together for an unforgettable and electric evening under the stars in Riverfront Park. Fest is a community event that will leave you inspired, uplifted, and connected to the power of human expression. In addition to our wonderful dancers, we will be joined by live musicians, delicious food and drink vendors, an amazing list of makers and organizations, and Dj Intell Hayesfield!

Ticket Descriptions:

General Admission: Ticket includes seating in the Riverfront Park amphitheater (excludes tables - see "Stage Level Table for Five"), with ADA accessible seating available. Each ticket also receives a complimentary Full Out Fest sticker at check-in.

Stage Level Table for Five: Ticket includes stage-level seating at a 48" round table with tablecloth, with 5 padded folding chairs, complimentary bottled water and Polar seltzer, one (1) digital coupon for $15 off a fall 2023 class or workshop, one (1) digital coupon for 10% off an entire online order through our merch shop, and limited edition Full Out Fest decals. Coupon codes will be sent to the ticket holder's email address separately from the ticket.

Additional Ticketing Information:

*Tickets are for guaranteed seating in the live music and dance performance area . The market/food area is not ticketed and is open to all. The grass area on top of the hill is LIMITED, but free, seating. 

*Parking is available in surface lots, on the street, and in City garages - none of which are metered on Sundays. The State Street garage is located HERE There are surface lots located throughout the City, in short walking distance. More info can be found HERE.

*Porta potties will be available onsite, as well as an ADA accessible unit.

*Children under 5 get in for free.

*Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome, and we'll have water bowls out for them to stay hydrated.

*Refunds: If you are unable to attend due to a change in your schedule, you are required to email info@troydancefactory.com to request a refund NO LATER THAN Sunday, August 6. Requests after that date can not be honored.

*Rain Date: The rain date for this event is Sunday, August 20. Attendees will be notified via the email provided at checkout at least 24 hours in advance if we need to reschedule our event for the rain date. If you are unable to attend due to this change in schedule, you are required to email info@troydancefactory.com to request a refund NO LATER THAN Monday, August 14. Requests after that date can not be honored and will be considered a donation to this community-driven event.

*Musicians: Refunds will not be provided in the event there is a change in the artist lineup. While all artists are confirmed, unavoidable circumstances may arise that may prevent one or more from attending. Troy Dance Factory will do its best to find a suitable replacement if feasible.

*Marketing: Troy Dance Factory reserves the right to use your email address for marketing purposes related to future festivals, events, announcements, workshops and general studio information.
