Please join us for the best backyard drag pageant this side of the 405. Four sober queens will battle it out to be crowned the next MISS MAR VISTA. 

Hosted by The Hollywood Reporter’s Chris Gardner, this year's pageant will be judged by Eureka O'Hara (RuPaul's Drag Race) and MMV veterans Rick Egusquiza (Jizz Taylor) and Dylan Johnson (Heresy West). Plus, comedy from the hilarious Ally Weinhold,  beats by DJ Jonathan Mendelsohn  and a special performance from the reigning Miss Mar Vista, Elleven DiVine.

MENU: Light food and beverages.

WHAT TO WEAR: Dress to slay! 'Tis the Halloween season, so guests are encouraged to get dolled up as their favorite diva or demon. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.

CHARITY QUEENS: All proceeds go to the charities of the competing queens. This year’s beneficiaries are Trudging Buddies (Sober Adventurers), West Hollywood Recovery Center, Beit T’Shuvah, and CMALA, all Los Angeles area recovery-focused non profits.

OUR MISSION: Miss Mar Vista is a sober charity drag pageant established in 2015 as a way for people in early and continuing recovery to connect in fellowship and celebrate sobriety. Since its humble beginnings in a Mar Vista backyard, awareness and impact of the event have grown as proceeds donated to the local charities increase each year.
