We’re back and this time we’ve turned everything up a notch: more stations, more work, more grind, more suffering. No running. No hiding. Just raw output across 10 brutal HYROX-style stations designed to push teams to their limits.
Inspired by HYROX, but with double station volume, no running, and a few extra twists to make it our toughest challenge yet.
This is not your standard workout. This is a full-scale test of grit, teamwork and effort.

THE WORKOUT:
- 2k Ski
- 100m Sled Push (150kg | 100kg)
- 100m Sled Pull (100kg | 80kg)
- 160m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 2k Row
- 400m Farmer’s Carry (24kg | 16kg)
- 200 Sandbag Reverse Lunges (20kg | 10kg)
- 200 Wall Balls (9kg | 6kg)
- 100 DB Alternating Snatches (17.5kg | 12.5kg)
- 100 Cal Assault Bike
This is a full-send simulation: power, pacing and mental toughness all tested under fatigue with zero running breaks to reset.
