About the Event

Join us for a slow Sunday morning at CineCycle, where we bridge the gap between tradition and the avant-garde. Before the lights go down, immerse yourself in the rich aromas of a classic Turkish morning.

Starting at 10:00 AM, we will be serving coffee, Turkish tea, and a selection of fresh Turkish pastries (Pogaça, Simit, and sweet treats) available for purchase. It’s the perfect time to meet fellow cinephiles and settle into the festival spirit.

At 10:30 AM, we transition into a high-energy showcase of six independent short films from the "New Wave" of Turkish storytelling. The program concludes with an intimate virtual Q&A moderated by Dila Dokuzoğlu.
