The Tudor Spring Revel at Nailcote Hall.
Step out of the modern world... and into the favour of the King, Henry VIII.
Your evening begins when you enter the private dining suite, where the first murmur of courtly intrigue stirs. A welcome glass of honeyed mead or a refreshing fruit juice awaits your hand. Here, amidst warm laughter and excited conversation, old alliances are rekindled and new acquaintances forged.
For this is no ordinary gathering... this is the Tudor Court.
Then comes the summons, and you are invited to descend the red-carpeted staircase, which leads you further from the present and into something far older... far richer. Beneath stone arches and timeworn columns, a hidden courtyard reveals itself, bathed in the golden flicker of candlelight and lantern flame. Tables are dressed in the whitest linen, and the freshness of Spring is woven through verdant foliage between church candles, while clove-studded oranges perfume the air with a heady blend of citrus and spice. It is a setting that does not simply welcome you... It envelops you.

Take your place... The anticipation builds.
For soon the chamber will stir, and the King will enter... but not alone! Whispers ripple through the court. Which year is the Feast set and therefore which Queen shall grace the evening?
Will it be the steadfast and noble, Catherine of Aragon?
The captivating and ill-fated Anne Boleyn?
The Gentle and Beloved Jane Seymour?
The regal and commanding Anne of Cleves?
The youthful and spirited Catherine Howard?
Or the wise and enduring Catherine Parr?
None shall know... until the moment she stands beside him. And when they do, the court is transformed.
You will dine upon three courses of fine fare, crafted for the King's own table, as the sounds of Tudor music drift through the courtyard, under the stars. Between courses, His Majesty himself draws you deeper into his world with stories of power, passion, triumph and betrayal, told not as history... but as lived experience.
This is no mere meal.
This is intrigue, spectacle and your personal invitation to step into the Tudor Court.
