Foraging & Making with Liz Knight

Liz Knight has spent the last 10 years gathering and playing with wild food, turning her finds into delicious condiments and seasonings that she sells through Forage Fine Foods. Liz’s courses are designed to open you eyes to how the commonest of weeds can be transformed into the most exciting, nutritious and sustainable of foods.

Liz and her recipes have featured in national and international publications and television programmes and her first book was published in Spring 2021. She has two new books coming out in 2024 - in April & October.

Liz will take you for a walk on the hotel grounds to collect foraged goodies. Back at the hotel Liz will show you how to make delicious foraged recipes to take away.
