Liz’s courses are designed to open you eyes to how the commonest of weeds can be transformed into the most exciting, nutritious and sustainable of foods.
Liz and her recipes have featured in national and international publications and television programmes and her first book was published in Spring 2021.
Liz will take you for a walk on the hotel grounds to collect foraged goodies. Back at the hotel Liz will show you how to make delicious foraged recipes to take away.
