Sophie Edwards Open Studio Sessions

An opportunity for musicians, Woden residents and visitors to join Sophie Edwards in a celebration of Curtin. Come to an Open Studio session and participate in creating a song with Sophie in her home studio.

She will be using audio samples from places that are iconic to Curtin, including Red Brick, The Ovals, The Baseball field, and Curtin Shops as a backdrop for an original song. The song will speak of her upbringing and connection to time and place. Participants will be invited to contribute ideas and share their experiences living in Curtin.
