Camp Fierce is a two and a half-day, hands-on firefighter training camp designed for women ages 16 & up who are ready to challenge themselves, build confidence, and experience the fire service in an empowering and supportive environment. Led by experienced female firefighters from across the country, this camp offers immersive training in essential firefighting skills, teamwork, and leadership.

If you're considering a career in the fire service, Camp Fierce is for you! No experience is mandatory—just have a fierce attitude and a willingness to learn.
