Dementia Fair Transport

Weymouth Town Council and Weymouth and Portland PCN invite you to join us for a Dementia Fair with 30 stands and 2 workshops providing advice, information and support for those living with dementia, their carers, friends and families.

Weyline Taxis with the support of local businesses and individuals are offering free return trips to the event for people who are unable to use public transport and/or cannot be driven by either family or friends. Please only use this form, if you would like to attend the event but have no other way of getting there. Weyline taxis, Weymouth Town Council and Two Harbours Healthcare are committed to supporting those people most in need.
