Tuning In Community Circle (Online)
Tuning In Community Circle (Online)
You’re invited
You are warmly invited to join me in this Tuning In Community Circle: a gathering for artists and changemakers who may be seeking a clearing in the dense forest we are all navigating.
Circle is... An invitation to slow down, be heard, held and witnessed. A place where your whole self - your whole heart - is welcome. A simple practice of coming together and sharing our stories. A radical way of gathering designed to be a powerful antidote to the everyday. A space to deeply reconnect with ourselves, with our sense of belonging and shared humanity. Because we were never meant to go this alone.
There will be no expectations, no roles to play. There will be no striving for a particular outcome, no fixed destination, nothing to fix or solve. Only the invitation to be present with what unfolds, and allow it to be enough.
**
How does it work?
We will gather together for 90 minutes in a gently-guided online space.
While each Circle will be unique, each will follow a similar shape:
OPENING - a welcome from me.
CONNECTION - an opportunity for introductions and an initial check-in.
COMMITMENT - the sharing of guidelines on what it means to sit in Circle together.
GROUNDING - a short grounding exercise or meditation to allow you to arrive more fully into your body and the space.
SHARING - a practice of sharing and listening, guided by a prompt question.
REFLECTION - final reflections and a check-out.

What makes Circle different from other gatherings?
Circle is a confidential, non-hierarchical, co-created space in which to gather and share our stories without striving for a particular outcome.
In Circle, we do not try to fix or offer advice, but rather honour each speaker through an active practice of deep listening and witnessing.
Circle is a place where you can come as you are: all of you is welcome. You will be invited to put down the versions of yourself you perform out in the world day to day, and be curious about who you might encounter yourself to be when you do.
It is not compulsory to speak in the open sharing portion of the call: sharing your presence is as valuable as sharing your voice.
