Tuning In Women's Circle (Online)

Thu 5 Feb 2026 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM GMT Online, Zoom

You’re invited

This is your invitation to gather with other artists and changemakers in community. To slow down, reflect, and deeply reconnect with yourself, your sense of belonging and shared humanity. To take part in a simple, radical practice designed to be a powerful antidote to the everyday.

This is a space where you can show up just as you are - with your whole heart, your whole self, and everything you're carrying - and be held for a while. Because we were never meant to go this alone.

So if you find yourself in need of a clearing in the dense forest we're all navigating, come and join me in Circle.

With heart,

Laura

How does it work?

We will gather together for 90 minutes in a gently-guided online space.

While each Circle will be unique, each will follow a similar shape:

OPENING - a welcome from me.
CONNECTION - an opportunity for introductions and an initial check-in.
COMMITMENT - the sharing of guidelines on what it means to sit in Circle together.
GROUNDING - a short grounding exercise or meditation to allow you to arrive more fully into your body and the space.
SHARING - a practice of sharing and listening, guided by a prompt question.
REFLECTION - final reflections and a check-out.

What makes Circle different from other gatherings?

Circle is a confidential, non-hierarchical, co-created space in which we gather and share our stories without striving for a particular outcome.

In Circle, we don't try to fix or offer advice, but rather honour each speaker through an active practice of deep listening.

Circle is a place where you can come as you are: you will be invited to put down the versions of yourself you perform out in the world day to day.

It is not compulsory to speak in the open sharing portion of the call: sharing your presence is as valuable as sharing your voice.

About the facilitator

Laura Attridge (she/her) is an artist, activist and facilitator fascinated by the power of story, who has always been driven to create spaces for transformation. Her Circles have curiosity, courage and connection at their core.

Laura believes in the revolutionary potential of gathering in Circle to explore and experience new ways of being, and in the ripples of change those gatherings can send out into the wider world. She is particularly passionate about offering space in which those who ordinarily hold space can be held, themselves.

Laura trained with Sister Stories and is a CPD-accredited Circle facilitator.
