Join Chef Stephanie for an hour and a half lecture on crucial steps that need to be taken to create a stress-free, or at least minimally stressful cooking, Thanksgiving meal. All participants will be able to try a multitude of dishes perfect for an Autumn feast (and leave with a recipe packet filled with healthy, easy recipes, tips and tricks on planning/preparing for Thanksgiving). Chef will cover how to create an efficient timeline for preparing a large meal for any number of guests, techniques in time and task management within the kitchen, building a colorful, seasonal menu, as well as how to handle leftovers--if there are any!
