Christmas Wreath Workshop at Byron House

This is the second year Histon Holly is running wreath making workshops supporting the Turtle Dove Cambridge, who give opportunities for young women to learn new skills.

We will be running two workshops on December 4th, the first running 10:30AM to 12:30PM and the second running 2PM to 4PM. This workshop will be led by Jane from Histon Holly who will demonstrate and support you to make a sustainable Christmas wreath on a willow base with fresh pine, evergreen garden foliage and dried seed pods. All resources will be provided as well as ribbon choices to coordinate with your festive front door. 

The ticket price includes one drink and a mince pie served by the young women of Turtle Dove. 

£10 from every ticket (excluding those bought for the young women) goes to Turtle Dove to support their Development Programme, designed to support young women at risk of being NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) build the skills, confidence and opportunities to help them succeed.

Venue: Byron House, Cowley Park. There is ample free parking on site, and Turtle Dove will be waiting in the Byron House Foyer to direct you to the welcoming workshop space. 

Tickets: To confirm your place at the workshop please pay using the links below. The cost is £45 if you are bringing your own willow wreath base or £48 if you would like Jane to supply it. There is also the option to purchase a ticket for a Turtle Dove young woman to join the workshop, allowing them to make their own festive wreath. 

Refunds: Unfortunately your payment isn’t refundable but in the event of cancellation Jane would make you a kit or a wreath instead of the workshop.
