Club Dinghy Parks Boat/Trailer Space Rental

DECLARATION:

I declare that I will abide by the Twickenham Yacht Club and  Twickenham Yacht Club Limited General Mooring and Racing Bye-laws, in particular the requirement that my boat will be insured at all times for third party liability for not less than £3m.
I understand that this application is for one year only and accept the allocation of a boat/trailer space is at the discretion of the Sailing Secretary or Paddleboard officer and does not provide any ongoing or assignable right to any particular space.
I agree that the Club may hold my email and telephone numbers solely for the purposes of contacting me in matters relating to boat storage and associated activities.

IMPORTANT:

• Only trailers for boats stored at the Club can be considered.
• Unidentified trailers may be removed from the dingy park and sold or scrapped with no further notice.

BYE-LAWS OF PARTICULAR NOTE:

• The club reserves the right to move boats as necessary. This may require moving boats to the UDP based on usage.
• The Club may dispose of boats for which mooring fees are more than three months in arrears.
• Boats must be properly looked after and used reasonably or the Club may demand their removal.
• Boats, trolleys and trailers must be clearly marked with their identity or owners name.
