Vino and Vinyl* 2025 Valentine's at Malcolm Yards!
(*note music will be digital, not vinyl ... but the wine and music pairing idea applies.)

Our famous Vino and Vinyl classes at our pre-Covid office were some of the best wine classes we ever did, pairing specific wines with specific albums and watching how MUSIC can change the perception of flavor when it comes to our favorite beverage.

For Valentine's 2025 we're taking it to the next level. Join us as we take over the Machine Shed space in Malcolm Yards (decked out for Valentine's night), enjoy a couple of bites from the food hall (included in the price, details below), and kick back to enjoy learning about wines and pairing with great music.

Flight A will of course be sparkling wine. We'll learn about the key differences in the two wines being presented, then settle into a range of songs specifically chosen to highlight the style of wine and the changing of the flavor.

Flight B will dive into two very fun, very obscure, and very delicious whites that will again be paired against love songs in different genres, this time with a faster beat and more energy. You'll be amazed at how the wines deliver new personalities with each tune.

Flight C is all about reds, with two gems and some heavier love songs that will get your groove on.

The final flight will be one serving of Port to finish off the night, along with some gentle music in the background.

FOOD: We'll have a couple of small bites for everyone (an empanada from Del Sur, choice of beef or vegetarian, and a taco from Martes Tacos, again choice of chicken or vegetarian). With the Port we'll have amazing chocolate cookies for everyone.

Seating is limited for this special night. Note that you may be sat with others at your table, community style. We'll have some two-tops on a first-come-first-served basis.

About the venue
