Twin Cities Wine Education presents a new class format!

Pour and Explore: LOIRE VALLEY!

Join us for a new style of wine class that is unlike all others. Our new POUR AND EXPLORE series gives you a great wine class PLUS incredible access to a wide variety of amazing wines and information in a fun and informal setting.

We'll start the evening with a wine class that includes information, maps, hints, tips, and more. The class is condensed (with a glass in hand, of course) and will cover core information in a fast and fun format. It will last approximately half an hour.

Then, after the class is done, we enjoy an at-your-own-pace exploration of the topic, with over a dozen wines being poured by the top independent wine vendors in the Twin Cities. We'll have tables staffed by experts on the topic of the night, giving you wide access to an incredible range of products.

POUR and EXPLORE #3: LOIRE VALLEY
Many people find the Loire Valley confusing. From the west to the east, there are dozens of AOCs growing a range of grapes, from Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet Franc, plus oddities like Melon de Bourgogne and Pineau d'Aunis. Join us for an evening of Loire education and exploration to demystify the region.

We will have two great tables with experts pouring their wines, covering various styles and grapes. We will arrange the tables west to east (Muscadet to Pouilly-Fume and everything in between), giving you a geographic understanding of the wines being poured. Plus, we will have great handouts and maps to help you learn.

During the tasting, Jason and Angela will 'work the room' by answering any questions you may have.

About the venue
