Frenchie Fest 2025: Bordeaux Wine, Culture, and Travel

This is going to be the most comprehensive Bordeaux class of the year!

We'll start (with wine in hand, of course) with a comprehensive overview of the history, geography, and grape varieties of Bordeaux (including the new authorized varieties and a story about long-lost grape varieties). Regardless of your knowledge level of Bordeaux, you'll leave smarter!

Then we'll shift into learning about the travel and culture of Bordeaux with our special guests, Megan and Julien, directly from the region. You'll get hints, tips, and tons of insider information on Bordeaux city (including best markets and restaurants), tourist traps to avoid, hidden gems to explore, and an overview of living in Bordeaux, changes they are seeing, and how best to visit the area.

The goal of this class is simple: have a blast learning about one of the most important regions in the world of wine, while sipping great examples, and hearing stories and information that only insiders can bring you.

Throughout the class, we'll keep your glasses topped up with some fantastic wines from throughout the area, finishing off with a delicious gem from a property just a stone's throw from Megan and Julien's house.
