Twin Cities Wine Education presents a new class format!

Pour and Explore: CHABLIS and environs!
With special guest Joel Nelson of The Wine Company

Join us for a unique wine class experience unlike any other. Our new POUR AND EXPLORE series gives you a great wine class, PLUS incredible access to a wide variety of amazing wines and information in a fun and informal setting.

We'll start the evening with a wine class that includes information, maps, hints, tips, and more. The class is condensed (with a glass in hand, of course) and will cover core information in a fast and fun format. It will last approximately 30-45 minutes.

Then, after the class is done, we enjoy an at-your-own-pace exploration of the topic, with over a dozen wines being poured by the top independent wine vendors in the Twin Cities. We'll have tables staffed by experts on the topic of the night, giving you wide access to an incredible range of products.

POUR and EXPLORE: CHABLIS
The world of white Burgundy can be intimidating and confusing, but if you zoom in on the region of Chablis, things become (literally) clearer and sharper. Join us to learn all about the brightest style of Chardonnay in the world, where minerality and acidity prevail. No butter found in this bunch!

We'll begin with a comprehensive Chablis education, encompassing its history, villages, the role of the Grand Cru vineyards, and much more.

We will have two great tables featuring experts who will be pouring their wines, covering a variety of styles and grapes. We'll explore Petit Chablis, regular Chablis, as well as Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chablis, covering a range of producers and styles. THIS WILL BE THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE CHABLIS TASTING OF THE YEAR. Additionally, we will be pouring a couple of curveball wines from the surrounding regions. This is going to be great!
