✨ 4 week baby yoga course with a different physical focus each week, accompanied by rhymes and songs to help support baby's rhythm and coordination 🧘‍♀️ 

✨ Dry massage routine, gentle tummy time, balances and stretches for baby supporting physical development, emotional & sensory development 🧠 

✨ Mindfulness - breath work, gentle movement and grounding for Mama to support post-natal recovery ❤️‍🩹
