Barn Dance, Buffet & Musical Extravaganza Fundraiser

Come along to a special Barn Dance, Buffet & Musical Extravaganza Fundraiser on Friday 6th February at the De Grey Rooms, St Leonards Place, York, YO1 7HE from 7pm - 11pm.

Hailing from all corners of the globe, Big Deal is a foot stomping, cat-calling, thigh-slapping, yip-yipping, yee-haa-ing, hill-billy hoe-down band. It's the band's 40th Anniversary which ties in very nicely with our 25th Anniversary. For the evening,  prior members of the band aare amassing from all over the country, as well as from America and in one case New Zealand, for the occasion.

The fun will focus around a Barn Dance, where Caller Jo will take you through the dance steps, guaranteeing to have you dancing from start to stop — or until you drop.

A delicious buffet crafted by the team from local independents Partisan and Brancusi is all part of the ticket price, with a bar and exciting raffle ready for you on the evening. And in between there will be tunes and songs from a whole array of talented musicians.

It promises to be a wild and memorable night of great Gaelic, American, Cajun dances, and tunes.

And there might even be special Two Ridings song...

Tickets are limited and all money raised from ticket sales and the bar & raffle will be match funded and go directly to Two Ridings 25th Anniversary Appeal. We want to reach £10,000 on the night. Can you help us get there?
